I designed this beginner course as a full package that guides you in real time through the basics of french until your first conversations (=what I WISH I would have had when I learned english!!). You will discover the content now but keep in mind that YOU are the one defining your results, your commitment will influence a lot your progress in these 10 weeks. We can go faster or slower depending on the group learning journey. I will be here all along the way and you will also be supported by an amazing group with other learners to share the experience, struggles and joys with!!
Every week, you will get:
a group class (online or in Grenoble depending on your group) to practice your SPEAKING!
5 corrected vocal messages on our Telegram group to practice your pronounciation and EVERYTHING you’re learning during the week!
all of your french questions answered on the group chat!! (it is SUPER important that you ask questions, learning a language is about guessing and understanding so I need you to be curious!!)
access to a series of 40 short videos (with the booklet) to watch on your own with all the vocab and grammar you need
This course has been designed so you watch 5 videos a week for 8 weeks + we review and practice everything you’ve learned without adding new content for 2 weeks (one in the middle, one at the end). The goal is that what we practice in class correspond to what you’re watching at home AND REVERSE! We will adjust to the group’s pace, no stress, you take your time if you need to!!
Bonus:
Loads of links of Instagram and Youtube videos to get used to LISTENING to french people (chosen according to what you’re learning at the moment!)
An access to Quizlet, an interactive app/website to practice your vocabulary with already made lists corresponding to what we’re learning and an option to make your own flashcards!

We’ll even choose ourselves a little anthem, because this course is meant to be AN EXPERIENCE, learning french should never be boring!! We’re learning a language, we will use it, live it, speak it. And yes, OF COURSE you’re gonna discover about the french pop culture in the meantime because a language IS culture!!

So they are 40 videos of myself (with short hair, don’t be shocked ahah) in English where I explain the main stuff you need (vocab and grammar) so you can learn and go back on your own to the basics! I put them in a Youtube private playlist so it’s super easy for you to access from your phone AND I even made a booklet where ALL the french sentences I give you in each video are written so you don’t even have to take notes!! They’re MAX 5 minutes each so NO EXCUSES!

The 2025 Winter Edition will start on November 3rd and finish on January 23rd with a 2-week break over Christmas!
The next edition after that is undefined. Could be not before a year.

For the 2025 Winter Edition:
the Online group will decide together the time of our weekly class (not on week-ends or after 6PM) the week before the start of the course
the Grenoble group will meet at 7PM at Pilgrim Coffee House on Mondays
